As July ends the “Trespassing” touring era now seems to be over with the last show at Paso Robles. But work continues as Adam is to be part of the Glee cast and also is guesting on Avicii’s new single “Lay Me Down”. It may be quiet on the touring front but there are always surprises.     Hi asif Waving . Thanks for asking. Been a little fluish the past few days, but generally OK. I was thinking of going to Peru in October, but I don’t think it is going to work out. Trying to arrange my schedule of sculpture classes for the next year and just got Photoshop so I have to find a way to learn it.

    cwm, there are so many good visual aids these days, such as audio books, etc., but blindness in adults usually comes on gradually so that they have time to adjust. For your mother it came on so suddenly, she must still be in shock. She is very lucky to have you there to help her cope emotionally and make the adjustment to the realities of her new life.

    They are actually showing the VMAs live on Israeli MTV Grin Clap Dance DVR is set to record while I sleep tomorrow morning. What a nice thing I will have to wake up to….fast forwarding through the red carpet and show looking for Adam. YAY!

    Love AL’s story from last night. Bet we all have a yarn from an Adam show we’ll never forget.

    I remember the first Glam Nation show, driving to Wilkes Barre PA, nervous, not know anyone. All that totally gone when walking into the hotel. Met a couple of women in the hallway where we got talking about Adam (the hotel was full of Glamberts), then I invited them up to my room where I shared my rhinestones & glitter with them. They were thrilled. One said “omg, if the people I work with only knew where I was now and what I look like”. LOL! Nothing has changed.

    I was at a party last night (mixed ages), and Wake me up (Avicii), was played a couple of times, it sounds really good cranked up high, and all the younger people were dancing and singing along (actually so were several of the older ones!). Hopefully soon they’ll be doing the same to Lay me down.

    Was noticing his midriff (among other things – lol) at AFTEE and appears to me that there’s a definite tightening in that area. Do they do a lot of dancing on GLEE?

    No discussion of what he may wear tonight? Twitter was offering suggestions – one post was the “pimp” outfit as a suggestion as what not to wear.

    Another tweet was hoping that, if he does not shave, he won’t be sitting close to Robin Thicke – I’ll second that.

    Presume he’ll come by himself?

    Adam does love a suit.

    No nail polish. Naked eyes. Hair up up way up. Heels way up waaaay up.

    Or: the disco shoes from last weekend or the creepers with tight jeans and a groovy McQueen shirt.

    Personally, I just love the creepers with jeans look. Nobody and I mean nobody, looks as good in creepers.

    Whoever was asking about True Blood: I read that Alexander Skarsgard will be back. My theory is that Pam saved him and they are in a snow cave while he heals from his burns.

    That was some mighty fine eye candy, Eric Northman on that loungechair in the snow. UNF. ( And I usually don’t like blondes, LOL )

    What a great story, AL – I visited Vancouver many years ago – one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been – remember the ferry ride to the Island – and the gardens – just extraordinary – most memorable – the UBC’s Japanese Garden – perfection. Vancouver, upstate New York, or Ireland – could stay happily in any of those places.

    (Guess I like rain.)

    So Robin Thicke…looks similar to Adam in a distant cousin or bizarro world kind of way. But if you did put them next to each other the differences would probably be huge.

    I really would like the hair way high tonight. Unless he’s gotten a haircut in the last day it would be long enough now on top for my liking. Laugh

    I’m thinking the beige stud boots tonight if he goes a little casual. Just love speculating on what he’s gonna wear.

    Yes, the creepers…I love them. Actually there isn’t much I don’t love about his wardrobe.

    ulti, they do lots of group dancing on Glee. Almost every song although there are occasional solos depending on the mood of the song with no dancing.

    asif, they are called matryoshka dolls. Russia is flooded with them. Most very kitschy and cheap, some beautiful. I got a beautiful had crafted one.

    That was me, mils, commenting on Northman. I figured that Pam would save him since she went looking for him, but we DID see him burst into flames. “Poetic license” I guess, but I am glad he will be back next season. It is amazing how I got into watching that show, since I absolutely hate horror movies and don’t watch any of the other scary stuff on the TV.
