Soccermom, As one who has been thru the knee replacement surgery, your assessment was right on. Recovery follows a typical pattern for most but with individual differences. The most common similarity is intensive pain for the first two weeks. Then the pain reduces dramatically. Six weeks (+or-) is generally the time frame to assume somewhat normal activity. Standing on the stage playing a guitar – hummm, not sure that would be considered normal activity for most, but for Brian – it might work.
lol luval, I only know the term stank face in the way Adam uses it, the face someone makes when really getting into good music. Here he defines it during the band intro at Paso Robles when he says that “the band knows that they are doing it right when Brian is making stank face”.Start at 4:28.

Just was reading that Scotty McCreery is relaunching one of his songs. Anyone think that Shady should be released as a single in the next few weeks to capitalize on Nile’s and Avicii’s star power right now? I know it would be complicated with him between record companies (as far as we know) but that’s what lawyers are for! I volunteer to help work out the details! It would be a Win-Win-Win for everyone!

Sparkle: I agree. Shady should be re-released/made a single when the moment is right. It’s too good to just let go and why not ride on Nile’s recent success. I think Adam also needs to learn to dance around those words that radio deems ban-worthy. It blocks possibilties for him. IMHO

I’m kinda thinking he and Eli might be together. And that they are careful to be distanced at events. I don’t think they can keep this undercover much longer though.
Plus, and this cannot be stated enough, Adam needs to be squeaky clean for Glee. At least to start out. He can’t be too overtly sexual appearing even in his real life, or he could risk losing Glee fans.
Chris Colfer has a boyfriend, but, I don’t think he’s shown with him at events, and Chris keeps his private life pretty private.
The Glee world has been emotionally damaged with Corey’s death. Adam needs to step very carefully. IMHO.
FWIW, Eli Lieb seems to be a nice, creative, cute guy. Maybe a tad emotional, maybe feeling under his shadow, but, he has been spotted with Adam several times now. So, here comes the rumor mill.
And don’t forget, somebody was the “early bird” around the same time he tweeted out Eli’s music video.

I was trying to remember when Melvin first appeared. Wasn’t Adam a bit ahead of the trend? I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t have done it to blend in. Maybe he’s trying to decide what to trend next. I’m ready for the facial hair to be gone too, although it looks pretty good in most of the pictures. Hopefully he’s getting tired of the upkeep.
My husband grows his mustache/beard out once a year. He usually cuts it in December when everyone starts calling him Santa.
Can’t pin it down but there’s something about that Eli guy that seems a bit shady. Maybe it’s because I was so used to smiling Sauli. Best smile ever and I miss it. But who am I to judge? I have no right to. Just want Adam to be happy and he seems reeeeaaaallllyyy happy!

I understand what you all are saying but I totally disagree. Glee is about anti bullying, alternative lifestyle, fitting in, and embracing who you are. Adam stands for all of that and if has to hide who he cares about for a role then I find that extremely sad. He is who he is and everyone knows it. Does he have to flaunt it no, no more than any other person in a relationship. He just needs to keep being himself. He is breaking through, or has already, doing nothing but being his authentic self and I think that is pretty damn cool and inspiring.
