Velvet – the full album – is finally out and getting good reviews. Unfortunately, we won’t be seeing Adam perform live this spring but at least we have plenty of great music and silly video chats to keep us going for now. Adam Lambert finally wants to “plant his creative seed”
Adam Lambert wants to be an actor. The ‘Ghost Town’ singer started his career as a singer in 2009 when he became second in the then season of ‘American Idol.
since then it has been a steep climb, since 2011 he has been singing with the band Queen . But that is obviously not enough for him, because he now wants to create a second mainstay.
Behind the scenes
He has appeared as a guest star in several series such as ‘ Glee ‘ or ‘ Pretty Little Liars ‘ and in the film biography ‘ Bohemian Rhapsody ‘ about Freddie Mercury from 2018, but he now wants to further expand his acting experience.
He also wants to work more as a songwriter and producer. In conversation with ‘HuffPost US’, the musician now explained his plans for the future: “I would like to immerse myself more in the world of acting. I think I would really enjoy that. ”
Instead, musically, he wants to stay in the background and watch other artists move up.
“I am also very interested in planting a creative seed that is not necessarily about my own music, but about other behind-the-scenes projects. I could be a producer or a writer or a consultant. There are definitely a few things in the works, I’m preparing for that. ”
