After crisscrossing the US for his The Original High tour, Adam wraps it up in LA before taking some time off to shoot his scenes for The Rocky Horror Picture Show TV movie. And then it’s off to Europe to continue his world tour. I’m tired just thinking about all the travel!

    It’s official! La’Porsha will be taking on Trent Harmon in the finale. We had the chance to talk to La’Porsha before the show, and she was super inspired by Adam Lambert’s visit. “I love Adam Lambert, I voted for him,” La’Porsha told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
    “I am jealous of some of the notes that he hits. I am, and I’m a woman and I can’t hit those notes.”

    However, we couldn’t help but ask if it makes her nervous that she is an obvious front runner, and so was Adam before his stunning loss. Rather than nervous, La’Porsha felt calmed by Adam’s success. “Well thank you! Seeing Adam come back gave hope to all of us, just to make it as far as I have so far is a blessing,” La’Porsha told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “I don’t think many of us will be upset if we lose from this point.”

    “Having Adam back proves that you don’t have to win the show to be successful so it was a very empowering moment to see him come back on the stage and see how great he is going,”

    morning! I like that his hair looks so healthy! Much better than the blond stuff on the top of his otherwise unearthly lovely face on April’s picture above. I really am okay with almost any color (well maybe not green) as long as he lets the sides grow out a bit and he doesn’t wear the top straight up. But alas, he isn’t asking me for fashion advice.

    Love that idol gave him his due on Tuesday night and even a bit of time Weds. Though he won’t be there live tonight, I would be surprised if he doesn’t have some film clips thrown into the mix.

    I am so happy that Trent and La’Porsha are the top 2. Dalton actually seemed happy and releaved when he was eliminated. He probably has had some offers already and knows that his star has had a great launch pad with Idol

    Agree adamized. Dalton was soooo happy. I actually liked his send off single the best, it was most radio friendly, IMHO.

    I was out last night and watched Idol by DVR , missed Adam. I didn’t think he was on at all. Hmmmmm. Will need to more carefully look again. Was it in the very beginning?

    luval, you were right about the silver hair quandary. A different take on the characters in the remake of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Kudos to you! Yes Rose Music Note

    When they mentioned a futuristic remake, maybe some of the human characters have all aged. Maybe Adam is representing Meatloaf who has lost weight, worked out in the gym, had plastic surgery, hair has gone silver, has more of a fashion sense, had years of vocal lessons, but he can still ride his motorcycle! ROTFL

    I’m looking forward to seeing Adam on that motorcycle. Can’t even imagine him ever riding one solo. Laugh
    Also, it will be interesting how the die hard TRHPS followers will react?
    My daughter went every Saturday night for almost 2 years, when she was in her early teens. She still has a box of memorabilia from that time.

    Agree, ulti, Trent has a recognizable voice and good phrasing and feeling. LaPorsha is a stunning singer, but not sure about being distinctive as a recording artist. Live she’s amazing. Have a feeling Trent might win, but not sure about country!?!?! for him.

    I listened to Trent’s new single, that he sang last night. It’s totally different, from how he sang it last night.
    No vibrato, and it’s going to Country stations tomorrow if he wins Idol.

    Soooo proud of our BB, 4th net worth of Idols, has worked his gorgeous ass off non-stop!! I remember that Adam Events blog, reading his schedule was MINDBLOWING year in and year out. And, who knew Idol’s end would give him loads of glory just like his Idol beginning!!!

    Beautifully said riskylady! Big Smile Yes, they all deserve a chance to succeed.

    Trent is totally off the farm, and what a talent he is. A total deer in the headlights, as far as any experience. But, he has a very distinctive voice, it’s such a travesty to be wasted on Country. Lets hope he’s a crossover, to showcase his voice.
    At least our Adam had developed a thicker skin, and knew what he was up against.

    Scott Bruchetta is major big league, and likes those hits one after another. He’s used to that with Taylor Swift.
    When she first started off, I never thought she would be as successful as she is, with a mediocre voice.
    She does write the hits though.

    I hope Trent wins, La Porsha does too many unnecessary runs for me, and all her songs seem to be power ballads, same old, same old…but she seems lovely and has a fantastic voice, just not what I would listen too per se.

    I like Trent too! I was so taken by his performance last night of Chandelier. Had to rewind and listen again. Wow!
    La’Porsha has a beautiful voice and sings with heartfelt emotion but it has all seemed much the same.
