After crisscrossing the US for his The Original High tour, Adam wraps it up in LA before taking some time off to shoot his scenes for The Rocky Horror Picture Show TV movie. And then it’s off to Europe to continue his world tour. I’m tired just thinking about all the travel!

    I noticed the meet and greet and same people up front phenomenon at milw and Chicago. I don’t know what to say anymore.

    What does bother me is that I saw some who were NOT outside in line with everyone else, up front for meet and greet first or second in line and in prime place for the show.

    How do the same select fans ALWAYS have their hands on the stage?

    It’s the same ones from GN.

    They did it for QAL too.

    Sick of it. Not nice behavior either.

    Now, I did just have a meet and greet. And I ended up front row. ONCE. And I think I’m pretty nice to other fans. I hope nobody puts ME in the category of entitled.

    Gah.

    If I had unlimited time and money, for sure, I would see more shows and maybe even more meet and greets.

    But, I do wonder what he thinks when he sees same faces up front all the time.

    mils I’m to the point where I don’t care about the upfront or m&g peeps. And honestly IMO I don’t think Adam cares either. He knows they have the money. He knows they are the faithful followers. Not gonna get rid of them anytime soon.

    Agree luval. It’s to be expected.

    But

    Seeing certain ones in the first 3 in line for meet and greets INSIDE after well over an hour that we were standing outside in the cold in Chicago does get under my skin.

    They were NOT outside with everyone else.

    Who are they, what connections do they have, for that?

    That does bother me, to be honest.

    But, like everything else in life, some things aren’t fair.

    Adam is sweet and gracious to everyone. No matter how many times they are there.

    Meet and greets are expensive, and not everyone can afford them. I wish I would have had another in Milw. I can’t afford them, but when available, I try for one.

    What’s money anyways? Work work work pay the bills….

    I haven’t been over to MJS in ages either. May need to visit for the finale.

    Someone on twitter mentioned that article about Idol bloggers leaving off Michael Slezak. Yup should have included him.

    I still go to mj’s and check every day. Some of the shows I watch have threads there.

    Like glambotgram said, very happy for all the peeps here that Adam has brought together. What a ride!!!

    Being utterly honest, not entirely enthralled with the Ashton/Michaella outfits – for me, too baggy and dorky looking – prefer so many other ones – was hoping for slim and sexy – ah, well – guess others like it –

    I don’t dislike it because I love runway looks. The hanging part in the back is a little long. It needs “something” like the white trims on the black/white outfit.

    If he had horns on his head he’d really look like a glam devil.

    IHeart awards tonight on TNT and TBS at 8pm EDT. Am so tired of voting for the best fan thing on twitter. Would be nice if Glamberts won, though. Last I heard a few days ago Glamberts were about #6 in the running. So no chance.

    I just think that guy will never “get” Adam – he seems to try to get into his head instead of reviewing the concert. And he will never succeed at that.
    And the audience loved every part of the concert – Lay Me Down and the dancing, how is that part of older “cartoon” Adam? Of course crowds love FYE and Fever, they’re his classics now and sexy as hell, but Runnin is from Trespassing, not FYE.
    Like Adam said, he just didn’t fit into or check that box Mikael desperately wants to put him in.

    About the LA Times guy, how does a simple concert, 90 mins of Adam entertaining, supposed to be pleasing and fun, turn into some existential exercise, with Adam questioning his role in the cosmos? “It ain’t that deep!”

    I like the outfits live. In pics and vids they make his very slim physique look thick in the torso.

    Live, the tail is billowy and light.

    I don’t care for the white shoulder piece , it’s too bulky looking. The all black is very masculine, especially live.

    The red looks amazing. IMHO.
