After crisscrossing the US for his The Original High tour, Adam wraps it up in LA before taking some time off to shoot his scenes for The Rocky Horror Picture Show TV movie. And then it’s off to Europe to continue his world tour. I’m tired just thinking about all the travel!

    Remember when Adam went to see Prince at the L.A. Forum. Adam went up on the stage, along with other audience members) and then there was a video of A. helping others up. I wonder if A. will mention it at the concert. So sad?

    This is too many iconic legends gone before their time. The age of 57, is young in this day and age.
    He led a very private life, when not performing.
    So sad to hear this today.

    I remember that too. What a surprise & thrill that was for Adam that night.
    This will hit Adam hard for sure.
    What tribute song would Adam sing in honor of Prince Question
    “Purple Rain” would be very powerful. I can kind of imagine this being sung, with all the cell phone’s lit up. Big Frown

    I’ll be honest & say I did not like Prince’s music. Only song I did like was When Doves Cry. Watching CNN right now. Non stop news about him. Oh Rasberry Beret was cute.

    Dear AL, happy belated birthday and thanks to you and ulti for all you do.

    And PRINCE! Could not believe it! Now I feel blessed to have seen him up close back in 1983 when he was still dancing on piano-tops and doing splits, and again in late 90’s with hubby. What an entertainer!!! What a guitarist! And so happy I have so many of his albums! First artist I really followed after Sinatra. To me, Adam has many Prince-like qualities on stage.

    A month ago today Adam in Milw. My town. NKD with me.

    7 years ago preparing for Passover and watching Adam sing Mad World, which he stunned with the night before.

    Preparing for Passover today after news of Prince’s death stunned yesterday.

    Today is wall to wall coverage, watched Purple Rain on VH1.

    Did not know that Stevie Nicks co-wrote Purple Rain!!!

    Just loving all the music, so sad for the reason.
