The calm after the end of QAL in February didn’t last long – thank the universe – and the roll-out to TOH appears nicely underway. We had the Sunrise/AU interview on 3/18, followed by the MiniMTV one on 3/20, the Hunger Mag major Q&A (with spectacular pics by Rankin) on 3/24, Attitude Mag’s great article (sold-out, of course), ending up with the iHeart Red Carpet appearance. But the big news, of course, was the Ghost Town snippet and the interest it engendered. April looks to be even more interesting, with the single release on the 21st – good times ahead.

Adam Lambert will release his new single “Ghost Town”, which was co-produced by Max Martin, this Tuesday, April 21st at 12 midnight ET. [just after 11:59 PM Monday]

    glambotgram I could not post from my iphone at all. When I hit “post comment” it buffered for a long time, them stopped. Did it 3 times. I even re-booted but that didn’t help.

    When I came into work, I tried on the PC. It buffered for a long time but finally “took”.

    Many people get the Ellen show right now at 9:00am EDT, so there will be info on what he’s wearing, how the perfomance was, etc. Maybe even a youtube from their tv. But I’m going to wait until I get home later.

    Is that photo of Adam and his mother in the hard copy of the magazine?

    We have to wait until 4pm for Ellen in Toronto. The episode info says “Also a musical performance by Adam Lambert” so it appears that there will not be an interview.

    Now we know that JAX will duet with Steven Tyler in the Idol finale, perhaps we will get our wish and Adam will sing GT in one of the next two episodes.

    If the comments on MJ’s are anything to go by, Idol isn’t doing a good job at all this year. I can’t watch it for more than 15 minutes.

    HE IS DRESSED IN ALL WHITE! PANTS, JACKET & SHIRT. DARK-ISH STAGE WITH HIMSELF HIGHLIGHTED.

    HAD A GUITAR PLAYER WITH A BIG HAT & BIG ARMS (LOL) AND A DRUMMER (NO DESCRIPTION)

    SAID PERFORMANCE WAS GREAT. NO TALK WITH ELLEN …JUST A HUG.

    FYI: the best selling cd this week was “Sound and Color” by Alabama Shakes at 87,000. Last week Shawn Mendes, who is on Adam’s label, sold approximately 100,000 for a #1 placement. (I am calculating that based on reported sales of 16,000 this week and an 85% drop.)

    If TOH is going to hit #1 in June, TOH will have to sell at least as well as Trespassing did. In the current market, holding sales would be seen as a positive. IMHO, this is achievable. Expectations are very low.

    Much will depend on how well the single sells. #FINGERSCROSSED

    Fans gloating over Tommy’s departure really need to grow up. Sorry but twitter is not nice at the moment. Some fans have real pics for their avatars and you would think that people as mature as they are would be a little nicer.

    I am not unfollowing any of them because they are great trenders but I wish Adam’s fans could be a little more like him.

    TLKC, the next showing of “Ellen” is on at 12noon, Channel 114. Then again at 2:00pm, Channel 138 and at 4:00pm, Channel 113.

    It’s on now too but by the time I located it Adam was hugging Ellen and his performance was over. Just missed it. He’s on 30 minutes into the show, btw – approximately.

    I am hoping that Ellen is’nt the only national tv program that he is going to be on!!! I thought WB said that they had him scheduled for several tv appearances. He needs some night time tv apprearances to really move GT!!! Times running short for American Idol!! I am just wondering when they are going to let the fans in on what other national apprearances he will be making???

    We will have to be patient. Certainly the fact that Adam isn’t performing a duet on Idol is not bad news. We would all prefer to hear him sing GT.

    If the song gets radio adds, sales, spotifies and continued social media presence in the next 10 days, he will be picked up by a few shows.

    Just saw Adam on Ellen. Loved it. just the right amount of swagger and stillness.

    The band is shrouded in darkness so it is hard to say whether the drummer is Longineau. Dreads are the right length but the shoulders and arms don’t seem the same. Guessing it isn’t him. Also, the bass player is probably a guy – the hair made some people think he was a girl.

    LOL, ulti, didn’t realize you had solved the mystery of who is who until just now.

    I just watched it too, really good! His hair is dark almost black, and short on top. Just the right moves, for the first time, I am sure he will go crazy more times he sings it. Couldnt tell about the band either, is there another drummer with long dreads? I was worried the whistling would seem to long, but only seemes a second or two.
