With the great news in March, April will be a time to settle in and prepare for the Queen + Adam Lambert tour ahead. We still have one more episode of Glee on April 1st and that will be it for Adam on Season 5. Now it’s back to making new music in Sweden and rehearsing classic Queen songs most likely in England. Lots of work to do before they hit the stage in Chicago on June 19th!

    Would love to see Adam play a part, but he’s probably too old for this production. They’re doing Peter Pan after Grease. Maybe he could play Capt. Hook!

    I still wish Adam would come out and endorse the “best of”. I agree with glambotgram

    Smells like the Monty deal to me, and unless Adam says to buy it I can’t see supporting it.

I preferred the live Idol version of Tracks of My Tears vs the studio one but I like One in the studio instead of AI. Amazon.com doesn’t help. Don’t they normally let you listen to a bit of each song or am I thinking of itunes?

    I’ve saved dozens of them, luval – just copy the URL into something like – http://www.onlinevideoconverter.com – and follow instructions. I put them on my iTunes and then sync to iPod.

    oh..ok, ulti. Once it’s on the ipod you won’t lose it, of course. I’ve done that with songs that were never released like CLYG or Love Wins Over Glamour. Didn’t realize what I was doing. yay.

    Had a dream last night about Adam. We were becoming friends and were talking about a bunch of stuff in a dorm room like setting. At one point, a girl came in trying to seduce him. We laughed after she left. He admitted to reading this site and figured out that I was sparkle when I talked to him about the sweet sixteen party that was close by. What a great dream! Always feel so lucky when this happens!

    I don’t think I’m going to buy the ‘best of’ CD because Adam has repeatedly said he’s ready to move on from TP and that for him that era’s done. Besides just looking at the track list and seeing what’s being called the ‘best of’ makes it clear that Sony/RCA never understood Adam and that irritates me enough to turn me off of the CD. I just don’t think Sony/RCA is doing Adam any favors by releasing this CD right when he’s going on tour with Queen. Of course the CD won’t hurt him but in my mind it’s all about them cashing in and I’m not interested. Frown
