With the great news in March, April will be a time to settle in and prepare for the Queen + Adam Lambert tour ahead. We still have one more episode of Glee on April 1st and that will be it for Adam on Season 5. Now it’s back to making new music in Sweden and rehearsing classic Queen songs most likely in England. Lots of work to do before they hit the stage in Chicago on June 19th!

    So I am full of mixed emotions this morning. Loved having vids and pictures to look and listen to during the wee hours of the morning when I couldn’t sleep. I can’t wait to hear the full vid of WMs. The hostess of this event seems lovely and worthy of her great fortune but…………I find myself a tiny bit jealous of her. Jealousy is something I usually don’t feel and it surprises me. I don’t think it has anything to do with her millions of dollars or huge house. Nope, I think it is having the kind of money to have AFL do a private party for 50 folks in her dining room.

    I guess we could do the same thing if we each threw in $2000 bucks and agreed on a location, etc. If you look at all the money we spend on concerts during “high season” it comes to a lot more than that. OTOH wouldn’t it be so terribly sad when it was over?

    Good morning…Hi adamized! I totally understand your “jealousy”. Makes a lot of sense putting together a private concert. Why the heck not? would really love to know how much it would cost to get him. Sometimes I think he’s getting farther and farther away from his hardcore fan base.

    Did you look at the whole Chokehold video? Near the end he chugs his orange juice, then licks the top of the bottle. lOL! Don’t know if they were kidding, but here’s a comment below the video.

    I don’t really feel jealous this morning adamized…actually my first reaction was…what only 50 people, poor Adam having to play for so few, must have been quite hard, not too much of the energy that he feeds off…then secondly felt a bit pissed off, that these extremely lucky people were having an intimate,acoustic show from the one and only Adam F*****g Lambert, and they were still talking in the videos!!!

    Agree HK Fan. It’s a bit like the old guys chatting away beside SUZ at the Ste-Agathe concert. Pearls before swine. Festival and multi-act shows can be like that, too. Glam Nation, Trespassing and Queen concerts are the best – full of intense fans. (Mind you, the kids at last weekend’s party were so excited, if Adam wasn’t their #1 it didn’t matter.)

    Maybe one day we can try adamized’s idea; when we are ready to be 30.

    I think people are talking because they just don’t know him or his music. Friends of the host but that’s it. When he starts WWRY the shouts get louder.I suppose I’ve done it (iheart). Bet many were on their phones too (texting, facebook, etc.)

    Didn’t notice that couple in the background dancing during WWFM. Cute! Yes, crowd was older.

    If you move to about 1:40 on the compilation video the camera pans the crowd. Looks like there’s quite a few slightly older gentlemen there. They probably loved We Will Rock You.
