Having wrapped up the overseas “We Are Glamily” tour, Adam and Glamily are back in LA for some well-deserved rest. Later this month, Adam will be in Miami Beach to headline their Gay Pride event. It seems to be the first of his “a-concert-a-month” series while he works on new music. Above we see Adam enjoying his downtime lunching with Sutan. Photo from Just Jared.

    Yup. Septoplasty, not rhinoplasty. Septo = nasal septum, he had it “shaped” a tad. Funny, in medical terminology, “rhino” refers to the nose. ‘Cuz the rhino has a big one. And a big horn.

    Muwhahaha.

    AL, cher’s nephew’s videos are on my computer as QuickTimeMovies – the first one has 1.08 GB. Can I upload them to YouTube? I’ve never done it, but if you say it can be done, I’ll try. Or aely, maybe you know?

    Since there are only a few concerts in the coming months, I added “events” to the “Upcoming shows/events” at the top right of the web page. So even if Adam is not performing, the event will be posted. You won’t have to worry about being a “bad fan” because the events will only be a scroll or two away.
    To see the time that each show/event is to start, hover over the date above each show. Your cursor should now have a “?” icon and then will display the date and time (i.e. the China show from Macau will show 2013-04-18T19:00:00 – date + 24 hr clock time for that location).
    You’ll need to figure out what time that is wherever you are though. Clock

    The Quicktime MOV extension can be uploaded to YouTube. If you have a YouTube account, you login and then just select “Upload” and drag and drop your video files into the window. Not sure what happens after that since I have never uploaded videos to my account. There are “Uploading Instructions” under “Help and Suggestions”. Go for it! Yes

    I have a little experience with videos on YouTube, riskylady Wink

    When I uploaded my silly fashion runway thing with a running time of 1:16, it took 90 minutes to upload.

    When I uploaded the Ste.-Agathe video with a running time of 7:54, it took 8 hours and 20 minutes!

    BUT, both of those videos were taped in HD and uploaded in that resolution. A lower or standard resolution would be quicker.

    The “Upload Speed” of your PC is also a big factor.

    You mention “each one”. How many clips do you have? Regardless of how many, you can combine all of them to make one long video under the “Enhancement” options.

    But upload them first and then if you want to combine them I’ll go into more detail.

    ‘Mornin’. So sad about the Boston bombing and my heart goes out to those of you who live in the Northeastern seaboard area where authorities must still be on high alert. Senseless and so sad. I hope they find the people who did this soon. Every time I see the Martin Richard first communion picture I feel so bad for his Dad. With the mother having brain surgery, the daughter maybe losing her leg and all of them losing their littlest one, he is having to cope with so much.

    Adam is a good way to take our mind of things like this and it’s great to hear that he has a second event in China. Thanks for the rehearsal video glambotgram. I already love “his” new dancers – well one-time only, I guess, but YAY! It looks as though there are 4/5 of them and they have some really nice moves. Love Terence and Johnny but they would have benefited mightily from a couple more partners and professional choreo.

    luval you were so right about the nipple photo – Adam has a very specific public image and the media will always make this type of pic the “money” shot. @alidol says it plays cute and funny in China. Maybe this is where Adam’s anime quality kicks in, just like the Fever dance in the recent tour; less in-your-face and more “naughty boy”. When the tweekee hears about this he will be walking on clouds Cute Blush .

    LA has 11 terminals. Adam probably switched from domestic to international and kept going. He could have gone home but maybe his mother, who has been known to go to his house to iron a shirt for him in a pinch, met him at the terminal with his Asian wardrobe suitcase. Or Sutan, who lives near him and dressed him for GNT, packed and delivered it to him at the airport. A 3-hour stopover is not enough time to work out a wardrobe for our boy. An everyday tour of his closet would probably take 8 hours. Selecting from it? A week. Laugh

    Love the pics glambotgram. The venue shot is so bee-yoo-tee-ful. I read that there was a venue change at the last minute – if this is the new spot they have probably moved up ‘cos it is very Versailles.

    glambotgram, there is a Venetian in Macau, and apparently its exactly the same as the Las Vegas one. I’ve been to the Macau one a couple of times, just to wander round, look in the shops etc.

    Dominoes. Uruguay, France and New Zealand all in a week or so. This was the way it happened in Canada, too. Province-by-province in less than a year.

    It may have to be this way in the US, too, state-by-state. Listening to the SCOTUS hearings: it’s all resting on Justice Kennedy and he sounded like a scared rabbit in the Prop 8 hearings.

    Not expecting much from Scalia/Alito/Thomas but Chief Justice Roberts? He doesn’t see any connection between the change in public opinion on SSM and general respect for the courts? Give me a break. The LGBTQ community is not a lobby with powerful supporters that is about to win their pitch so well in the court of public opinion that everything will be OKAY! Rulings by the lower courts in many states citing the Bill of Rights and the Constitution have been making news for the last few years and that is exactly what has been making people re-think DOMA and SSM. It’s dispiriting to hear the Chief Justice of SCOTUS argue that the Supreme Court has been rendered irrelevant on this issue due to a change in public opinion powered by the multiple rulings of lower courts.

    Sorry for the rant. Just saying that the people of America appear to be moving faster than the court on this civil rights issue.

    Is it just me or does Adam look a mite thin in those HK ferry pics? I just want him to be healthy, When you factor in the proverbial 10 pounds that the camera adds.

    I am not shipping these two by any means but Rob is older and he does seem to be taking good care of Adam in a very laidback sort of way. Watching them standing close together at the luggage pick-up made me hope they get on well enough for Adam to be able to talk stuff out with him, if needed. JS.

    That article makes me heart-broken. Me of no heart.

    In regards to Rob, I remember Adam saying recently he’s become friends with more straight men and it’s something he really enjoys. Rob is straight, married and seems like a down to earth guy. Love it that he’s right beside Adam all the time. I am sure he’d be referring to Rob and that they are close friends now.
