   . That line just cracks me up. According to my tweets, Sauli is wearing some of Adam’s jewlry in those pics. Do we think they are still living together??? I agree that they may have decided they were ready to be non-exclusive during the next phase of their careers but still have “breakfast” together whenever the mood might strike them. Love that the fandom is taking cheer from the news.

   Too true asif. The more we read into Adam’s words, actions, gestures, the more invested we become in an idea of him. Perhaps our nesting instincts for him are so strong that we project all sorts of stuff on him that may not be there (yet, anyway.) That way heartbreak lies.

   So you are in Chiang Mai? Thailand makes some of the most beautiful dinnerware in the world and the clay comes from Chiang Mai. When you fly out, look out the plane window and check out how red the soil is. Beautiful red, rich clay. I used to buy dinnerware and remember the first time I flew in there. Gorgeous stuff.

   The photo Niko posted early last week was from Adam’s balcony so, at least as recently as that, they are sharing the condo. Sauli has worked almost every day since he came back from Finland.    You wondered what the “Him?” picture might be in reference to. My take is that it’s Adam’s and Sauli’s tongue-in-cheek response to all of the finger-pointing going on in the fandom about who is at fault in the break-up.

   The “turbulence” chokehold is a dig at the tabloids for bringing up the 2011 Helsinki incident and calling their relationship “turbulent at times.”

   Perfect response, IMO, to diffuse fandom angst and tabloid sensationalism. Brilliant, Adam

   Decided to take Adam’s words at face value. It was a gradual understanding between both of them that the relationship was changing. Since we will never know what happened, we might as well accept that it is exactly the way it looks. And it looks not too bad at all.

   They must have been both laughing and crying over how upset we got over their break-up, and they knew just how to handle it. Such clever, sweet, thoughtful boys; they want to make us feel better.

   I would rather see Adam having coffee and bagels with Sauli than taking some strangers home from the bars… They need coffee and bagels anyway But like you TLKC and asif said, better keep it cool babe and not interpret too much, to save our own feelings and sanity. Anyway I love to see fandom happier. I’m happy if they get back together some day, but I’m not gonna put too much hope on that. Because we really don’t know what’s behind this. And I think they will tell to media exactly what they want, they know how to play it and I’m positive they have a mutual agreement how to do it.

   And BTW, I think most fans missed “coffee and bagel” in the articles because of shock and sadness… I thought it was a strange detail, but it didn’t make me angry or amused or didn’t ring the bells then.

    Don’t agree with that article. I love Adam’s grey suits, he looks fabulous in them, and he’s been wearing more color lately (blue, HELLO?) And the Diva outfit was just that, a DIVA outfit. He also wears other nail colors, dark green, gunmetal grey, etc. But, whatever – good publicity I guess.

    What was so perfect about the goofy photos that Adam tweeted, and Eber’s subsequent tweet about the euphemism (true or not), is that they burst the bubble of fandom angst and jerked us out of our sadness with a good laugh, and now the fun is back.

    I felt for a couple of days now that Adam was trying to show his fans that everything was not coming apart in his life due to this breakup and that he was doing fine–out and about at clubs etc. I believe he has really worked at trying to make us feel better. Even the pics with the blue glasses-which was right at the beginning–I felt were to take our minds away from the angst that was showing up from around the fandom. Adam even tweeted that we were silly-that the glasses weren’t real; he said something like “y’all take me too seriously”!!! These last 2 pics he tweeted are just further proof that he’s ok and wants us not to be so concerned.

And in this article he doesn’t sound like a grieving person, more like happy and excited of the things that are coming. Brainstorming new music… Is rock organic ?

    He is getting that China award. I knew it And he’s going to buy a fucking pillow. What is that ?

    I think the music industry is shifting right now and changing and it feels like its getting more organic again. And getting back to valuing real music and emotional songs. It’s exciting.

    I am just over the moon that he will be performing at the Life Ball in Vienna. A beautiful person performing for many of the most beautiful people (and important people) in the world. That ball is a big deal. He will fit right in and knock ’em dead with that voice. I suspect an Elton connection there.
    And, I just KNEW he would win that award in China!!! They have been featuring him and his music all over the place (even synchronized swimming, LOL).

    I loved that interview, and seeing the comments re Sauli in the larger context made a big difference. A consistent register, Adam was in interview mode, replying to questions succinctly and being an interviewer’s dream, as is his wont.
