I haven’t ordered the album yet, I’ve never actually ordered any music on line before. I’ve tried a couple of times off Itunes, but it doesn’t seem to let you outside the US, and I tried for the acoustic ep, but the postage was so high. Luckily FYE was released here the same day as in the US so was able to whizz up to HMV and get a copy.
I will try Amazon again in the next few days.
I really hope the Queen announcement is for something in the same area for the same time as Knebworth was, so that all of us still going to the UK can go…keeping everything crossed.
Well, I might be unemployed, and the Adam storm is coming…but, Passover preparations are in full swing here.

Jojosie, thank you for the kind remark, but really Ceddies is my role model. Her devotion to her mother is totally my inspiration.
The news re my mother is bad but not horrific. Biopsy positive for breast cancer, fairly advanced. But excellent medical team with a thoroughly appropriate (IMO) treatment plan that balances risk with her age (87) and quality of life issues. Quite a relief to have the answers and the treatment plan resolved today, just in time for the holiday. The worst part (the uncertainty) is over; now we have tasks to accomplish, and my mother is feeling strong and positive. Many thanks for all good wishes and support, it does make a difference.

I recently returned from an out-of-town trip and have a lot of catching up ahead of me. First of all, my heartfelt best wishes go out to you and your mom, Kradamour. May you both continue to gain strength, courage, and confidence as you tackle the days ahead.
Mils… Please know how sorry I am about your recent disappointment. However, being the positive person that I am, I want to congratulate you on your new opportunity to find a new job — one that is even bigger and betterer than the one before!!
And Texas… I’m very relieved that you and your loved ones were not affected by these recent tornadoes in the Dallas area. I have to tell you….. My daughter and I just landed at the airport as a layover from Arizona approximately ten minutes before all hell broke loose. All passengers were cleared from the gate areas and were ordered to remain in the bathrooms or stores until further notice. They kept delaying our flight into DC until later in the evening at which time they totally cancelled it along with almost all other flights from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. They re-booked us on an 8:00 am flight for the following day, but that was later cancelled as well. To make a long story much briefer, we finally arrived home very late last night. I was now left with around 24 hours to clean, cook, and totally prepare for out-of-town guests that are arriving tomorrow. I’m not complaining, I’m happy that we are safe and actually managed to land in Dallas before the chaos began. I heard that many planes were diverted elsewhere. But yeah, I thought of you…
So, Adam is performing Trespassing on NNN. I am assuming (and hoping) it will be the CD version instead of the acoustic one.
He looked absolutely stunning during those live performances on 104.3MYfm.

In spite of my joking around, I’m facing an uphill battle of falling into a deep depression. I was there once before several years ago and it’s a place I don’t want to visit again.
Gil and I have been in a monogamous relationship for 34 years. We’ve shared our lives together all this time with respect and trust and honesty for one another. In my 29 years, I’ve learned that in our 34 year long relationship, that those three factors are key for a successful marriage.
There’s always a but, right? Gil however has never been forthcoming with me about medical issues. I understand. He doesn’t want me to worry. But, while I understand, and I DO understand, it’s also frustrating and … scary.
Gil was diagnosed with COPD a year ago. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. He only told me two weeks ago because there was obviously something very wrong with his breathing and I had to question him.
We spent 7 hours yesterday in the ER. His impaired lungs leaves him susceptible to and not able to combat any kind of infection. A chest x-ray showed, to use the doctor’s term, a “massive” pneumonia. They weren’t sure if they were going to admit him but, in the end, we came home with an industrial strength antibiotic prescription in hand.
I just came back to where I left off and I don’t know how much time I spent sitting at the foot of his bed just staring at him while he’s sleeping. I don’t know how many more times I’ll be able to do that.
How dare real life intrude into our Adam world.
I’m not even going to read back through what I just typed, I’m just going to click on “post comment” and hope that you’ll understand. I just feel so sad right now.
Dear Ron: This sounds just devastating. I am so sorry. I wish I could give you a hug. I wish I could send you some strength. I wish I could say something to make you feel better. I can’t come up with anything that feels even remotely adequate. But please know that my heart goes out to you.

Hello Everyone, Wow so much RL hitting us in the face during this happy time in our Adam world, huh? But you know that is how life works, right. The good with the bad. I am so sorry for what you are experiencing Ron. I am watching my baby sister slowly kill herself with constant bronchitis, pnuemonia, I know she too has COPD, but is not saying the word out loud…we all love you here and hate your sadness! Kradamour, so sorry about your mom’s health issues and all that you are facing going forward….hopefully we can bring you both and Ron strength in numbers and a place to vent and be loved. Mils, I think I may have some good news for you. I am soon to be 60 and I just went through what you are facing. I spent two months interviewing (in a new city by the way) for a new job after 7 years in the same job and I was a bit terrified. but I made myself decide on what it was that I wanted this time around…..where exactly did I want to work, what was it that I would NOT do this time around, what did I WANT to do, etc. and I focused only on that. I told myself if I needed to expand my search down the road I would but not from the start. I feel it really helped put me in a good place, a position of strength right from the beginning and it paid off. I got just the job I wanted, where I wanted to work, and I have been there just two weeks now and I already job some very positive feedback. So, go get em girl…you are amazing and they will be lucky to have you!!!!! Love to you all!!!!

Ron, so sorry to hear about partner’s (can I call him that, or husband?) health. I know from personal experience how frustrating it is not to be informed, even though they are doing it to protect you and it is a sign of how much you are loved. Although I haven’t met you, I know what a special person you are, and Gil must be just as special for you two to have shared a life together for so long. Know that the thoughts and prayers of everybody here are with you while you fight together to overcome this difficullt time.
To all my landsmen, Happy Passover, to all my Christian brothers and sisters, Happy Easter, and to my whole ALL family and Glamberts everywhere, Happy Spring!
