Adam has apparently wrapped up his US radio promo tour, at least for the moment, as April begins. Above we see Adam as he spent the last several weeks – hard at work with promo. This is (hopefully) finally the last month – for real – before Adam’s new “Trespassing” album will be released. The album is scheduled to drop on May 15. Will we get a second single ahead of the album release date? Will Adam perform on American Idol sometime in the next several weeks? We’ll know soon – in the meantime enjoy the chat!

    While laying in bed the other night trying to stay awake to see and hear Adam on Jimmy K, I thought of an old camp song. “Boom,Boom Aint It Great To Be Crazy.” It became more fitting in my mind after reading about Kradamour’s magazine dilemma. I wonder if I could get rewrite credit if I just changed a word in the chorus to Cuckoo instead of Crazy and add night to the third line.     Re mail arriving in our absences…I have found that all gay men’s magazines arrive in an unmarked envelope. No need to be concerned that we will confuse the neighbors!

    Busy day – so glad that DC is working out for so many of us!!! Adam followed by fireworks, like in Ste Agathe…but after Adam, gotta say the fireworks were totally superfluous.

    Got a Instinct today at Barnes and Noble. They were in the back shelf just saw the top of Adams hair would recognize that anywhere. Put a couple of issues in the front roll he he.

    Caught up on watching the Kimmel performances. Wow! He seems so much more relaxed, happier, more real.

    Of course, I have loved Adam in all of his incarnations–from Idol to GlamNation. But now it’s like he is no longer the theater kid playing at being a pop star. He IS a pop star, he owns it and wears it well. It’s HIS music (with a little help from his new friends). He doesn’t have to hide behind the makeup and glam, we’ll love him no matter what.

    The thing I loved the most about the performances is his big ol’ smile. The man is gorgeous but he really lights up when he smiles. He’s healthy, happy, in love, and is feeling much love. I hope this new album brings him the success and recognition he deserves.

    That Bieber album cover is unbelievable. Seriously, don’t PR people do any research anymore?

    First he got both ears pierced with guages. Then, he’s wearing his hair like Adam ( well, everybody is these days. Adam Levine, Seacrest, so many more) Although, nobody wears it higher!

    Danielle looks so pretty out with Adam. Thinner too. Maybe she’s juicing too, LOL.

    On that matter, whoever suggested jicama, thankx! It is really good.

    I had a small Adam moment today. I went to get my hair cut and decided to look at the hair fashion books while waiting. The one I looked at had celebrities in it. I was wading through Selena Gomez, and a few other women, then came across the infant. I thought to myself, if they want to show some gorgeous hair they should have Adam in here. Turned the page and voila, Adam in all his glory, well the hair glory anyway. LOL

    I’m so behind the posts! but wanted to add my “thumbs up” for Blake Lewis. Bought Heartbreak on Vinyl, it was the only CD I bought for years before Adam. Actually, I bought it on vinyl also. Smile
    He should have been more successful than he was. I haven’t seen any new music since his album. Frown

    I got my Instinct today, only one of them thank goodness! and recommend it highly!!!
    Wonderful article, gorgeous photos…
    It’s available for online purchase for those peeps who don’t want to give credit card info on the phone.

    And the house emptied today so I sat and watched the Jimmy Kimmel vids without risk of eye rolls and other negative behaviours. Sigh of total contentment.
    As ellessay posted, Adam looks … well … different. He has crossed that imaginary line from “getting there” to “arrived”.
    Can.not.wait.for.the.tour. The summer small concerts will hold me until then, but…gonna need more.

    But try as I might, I am not loving Broken English. The lyrics? Love them. The performance? Not so much. And yeah, it is that Ring of Fire thing, and I don’t like ROF either. But I couldn’t help thinking what it must have been like for Sauli to be there for that one, with Adam singing to him (at least in part) in front of a screaming audience.

    And the ladies!!! Totally getting into it. Love them, too. The whole stage personnel just look “now” and right.

    Does anyone know if any of the youtubes have any of what Adam said between songs? the introductions, especially. Would love to hear that.

    kradamour…this 3D video has everything from beginning to end. You can turn off the 3D. Click on “3D” at the bottom of the video and it gives you the option.

    But the quality is awful and the audience is soooooo loud & crazy you have to listen very closely.

    btw. Am liking Broken English a bit better but still on the bottom end of my songs.

    I love Ring of Fire. I kept wondering why everyone was comparing Broken English to ROF. So I went back and tried to listen to BE again. I realized that I had never listened all the way thru–although I had tried several times. The song just unnerves me for some reason and I had never finished it. But then there’s the mystery to me as to why the comparisons. I forced myself to listen all way thru. Lo and behold, at around the 2:30 mark the song turns into something that I really like; and, yes, the second half of it sounds like ROF. I’m really glad I gave it another try.

    Anybody interested in the Washington DC annual correspondence dinner? It’s live on c-span right now. All the stars are entering the building wearing their fancy getups with their girlfriends/spouses/boyfriends. George Clooney is supposed to attend. (I like him!) Jimmy Kimmel is going to be the main speaker.

    If you look at the end of this video where Adam and Sauli are in his car you will see a hamsa hanging from the rearview mirror. It is the same shape and size as the one I gave him at my M&G at the Hard Rock. So I choose to believe that it is the same one! At the very least, I know that the symbolism of the gift I gave him is important to him.

    Another thing, I had to laugh when I saw those pics of Adam and Danielle. She has the same closed mouth smile with a little smirk that we see on Adam sometimes. I wonder if they are even aware that they are doing the same thing. They are best friends and it probably developed naturally.

    Northern Spirit, thanks for letting me know about the dead link in the Freshtival show listing.     Sorry about that. Here in the Middle East, everybody knows what a hamsa is. Hamsa means “five” for the five fingers of a hand that is held up to ward off the evil eye. It is for protection.

    I also brought a keychain with LOVE written in Hebrew for either Neil or Leila. I kinda wanted Leila to get it, but Neil was there and he said he wanted it, so he got it. I wonder if he ever used it.

    As much as I love Adam, he is not all that creative when it comes to choosing jewelry to force us for us to buy.
    Eye of Horus was good.
    But peace sign? Meh. Of course I finally bought it, though.
    Key? Every teen boutique is packed with keys on chains, even though this one has a little more symbolism.

    A hamsa? That would be interesting and enlightening to quite a few peeps, and could certainly bridge all faiths or lack of same.

    rs, I too really believe that is the hamsa you so carefully chose and gave to Adam at your Hard Rock M&G. And, I love Krad’s theory about the key chain – very plausible, too.

    Is it just me, or is the chemistry between Adam and Sauli almost tangible in those fotos where they are close? I almost expect them to forget the camara in a second and start making out madly. Even in those very first fotos in the Helsinki tabloids back in Nov 2010 I thought so.
