    “Hi! Yes, the good old days! “Papi” is a term of affection in Spanish, similar to “baby.”
    While Papi is a colloquial term for “daddy” in Spanish, in many Spanish-speaking cultures, it is often used as a general term of affection for any man. Hope that explains”

    Here’s a little recap of our SunFest day.
    cher and her friend picked me and hubby up around noon and, after literally getting lost in our own backyard so to speak and ending up at Port Everglades (in true tradition of our getting lost), we eventually made it to our destination in downtown Palm Beach on the Intercoastal Waterway.
    As we arrived a cute Canadian pop singer was performing. Beautiful day, and continued so through the rockin’ set of Melissa Etheridge. She was great, really enjoyed her songs and fab guitar playing, and even took over drums on her last song. In her chat to the crowd she noted there must be some gay allies there, since they had her and Adam performing.
    Here’s a few videos. We were in the VIP area, not too close but good views of the stage and really PRISTINE sound.

    Then, the downpour started and everyone scrambled for ponchos and umbrellas. It rained thru the next artist and part of another, but then miraculously stopped about 45 mins before Adam. The audience was undaunted and the space continued filling up so he had a nice deep full audience.
    What can I say? There is just NOTHING like Adam live. His voice is both powerful AND so satisfying, it fills that hunger for a real solid wave of sound, beauty, emotion that you miss between performances! Last time for me was Fantasy Springs, December 2019. And outdoors is just wonderful, soaring to the heavens.
    The band was excellent, and gotta say his guitarist was plain fabulous, he did the Queen songs justice and then some and was great on the others too.
    Adam sounded soooo good, his voice as powerful as ever. I hope he’s ok for tonight cause he threw out a LOT of high notes!

    Where we were VIP was $150 for the day, shady, nice chairs, special food and air conditioned rest rooms. It was partially empty most of the day, but really filled up for Adam!
