This month Adam will release his new song (and maybe video) “Superpower” on the 4th and then the 6-song “Side A” of “Velvet” on the 27th. The following day, Queen + Adam headline the Global Citizen Festival and that would be a great opportunity to introduce the world audience to the new single!

I finally got a chance yesterday to listen to Velvet Side A several times in a row. I’m really loving this new music. It’s Adam’s best work. I’m going to have to go along with the general consensus in picking my favorites: Overglow, Closer to You and Stranger You Are. Thank goodness QAL has given Adam enough financial independence to make the kind of music he wants. He’s so much better than the generic pop music on the radio today.
Speaking of QAL, Adam and the guys killed it last night. Not that I was surprised but I was happy to see them put on a spectacular performance for that huge audience and get much well deserved praise.

Finally got to iTunes to get VELVET Side A. Didn’t know I still had quite a bit of $$ left on my account. Glad I didn’t give up.
My favorites: Closer to You, Overglow, Stranger You Are, Ready to Run and Superpower. Loverboy not so much.
Last night was phenomenal. Love every minute of QAL. Also love Ben Platt. Now I’m watching the whole thing again from last night DVR.
Anyone here watch The Masked Singer? I did last season and hated it. It was renewed and now I’m going to have to watch. Think there’s been one show already last week but I don’t see it on ondemand yet. On Wednesdays 8pm EDT on Fox tv. Now I have to watch. Listen to this!
