I love TIDS! It is one of my favorites on the album. But I love TISI, too. That is my most favorite, and I wish he hadn’t taken it out. I want them both! Not too greedy, huh? Who knows what changes will be made before my European concerts.
Adam’s soccer outfit is so bad that it’s good. He knows that he looks like a goof ball and is just having fun with it, just like he is in those recent crazy snapchats. That said, I would be perfectly happy if we never see that ludicrous combination of clothing again. Watching him do the usually sexy dance moves in Let’s Dance while dressed like an pretentious eight year old, is laughable. Oh well, as long as it makes him happy and it keeps him from doing something radical to his hair or face, I’m okay with it.
rs– I love TIDS too! Last night’s version was beautiful. I hope it stays on the set list at least until this weekend when I will be seeing him in Atlantic City.
Has anyone heard anything about Alex Newell’s set? He’s opening at both of the US concerts I’m attending, in AC and DC.

Just some random thoughts on the show.
First of all, it goes without saying that Adam is amazing! His voice and range are fantastic and the energy he emits is palpable.
I loved the fact that he mixed up the concert and performed songs from all 3 albums, and some others.
That being said….I think his choice in outfits (in my opinion) takes away from his stage presence. It is difficult, especially for non-uber fans, to appreciate how sexy and talented he is when he is wearing, what the person sitting next to me called “clown clothes”! That third outfit, consisting of a shorts set, knee highs and platform boots did not do him justice!! She kept turning to me and saying that she wished he looked like the pics of Adam on the screen behind him! Truthfully, I kind of agreed. The clothing also didn’t match some of the sexy vibes of the songs and dancing. Having been blessed to have seen Adam in many other shows, he can really move!! In my opinion, and please don’t hate me, the clothing did nothing to add to the show. At worst, it seriously detracted from the ambiance.
I also noticed many more men in the audience that I have at other Adam shows (not counting QAL concerts). Hopefully, his time with Queen has introduced him to a broader range of fans beyond his typical glambert base. Which brings me back to my point above. Now that he seems to have a much broader appeal, (in my opinion) he should dress like a rock star, not like a “child going to kindergarten”, which I overheard some other people say as we were leaving.
I hope you all don’t hate me for my comments. I (of course) still love and support him!!
Can sympathize with what you say, cgesq – it’s not a sexy outfit, for sure. But in the middle portion of the show, when he wears that beautiful suit, it’s obvious to the audience how gorgeous he really is. And from what I’ve seen from tweeters not familiar with him, they just praised the show and didn’t mention the crazy outfit.
no hate at all cgesq…..I agree with you…..there are a lot of local lads here in the Scouts, and I always dislike their outfits with their long shorts and knee high socks…..seeing Adam in his just kept reminding me of them, although more colourful…
At least the professional photographers only get to take photos during the first 3 songs….

Ultimathule, I guess because the shorts outfit was last, that’s what people were talking about as they left the theater.
I just hope his clothing choices don’t come back to haunt him!!

He is stubborn. It took months to bring back the original iihy. People tweeted him all the time about the dislike for reggae. MIght be the same for this costume.
